Fully Customized
All fully customized bronze medallion projects begin with an intital consultation over your desired artwork in order to determine the complexity of your dies. There is an initial fee for creating the dies used, however these dies can be used again and again. Once your die is created we will keep in on file for you and you may order your customs coins at your convenience. The cost of the die will be determined by the complexity of the art.
Once the art department works up a rendering of your coin you will given an opportunity to review and approve the rendering before production begins.
Once we have your approval we will strike the coins. The cost of the coins is based on the quatity ordered. The minimum order for customized medallions is 100. There are no set up fees.
While many factors can determine how long it takes to get your coin from an idea into a medallion, most of the time the processs takes about 4-6 weeks.
Partially Customized
Some organizations find it unneccessary or cost prohibitive to have 2 dies made, but still want a customized coin.
You may select one of our stock dies for your reverse side or even keep the backside blank.
In this case the art department will still need to see the art for your die and submit a quote. The process is basically the same as for a fully customized medallion,except that we will be producing only one die for your coin and you will pick out one of ours for the back.
This is a popular way of keeping costs down and many of our stock medallions have the right message for your medallions. Like fully customized the the minimum order for customized medallions is 100 and take generally 4-6 weeks.
